New Jurassic World: Dominion Trailer Released — Features Iconic T-Rex River Chase Scene. |
Universal Pictures just dropped the brand-new trailer for Jurassic World: Dominion, starring Scarlett Johansson (known from Black Widow). This trailer includes an epic scene that fans have been dreaming about — a thrilling river chase with a Tyrannosaurus rex! What’s cool is that this scene is actually from Michael Crichton’s original novel but didn’t make it into the 1993 Jurassic Park movie.
Screenwriter David Koepp revealed that this scene was always something they wanted to show on screen, but back then, there wasn’t enough time or space for it. Now, they finally got the chance to bring it to life.
The trailer starts with a story setup: a science experiment goes wrong, creating dangerous mutant dinosaurs. A team of scientists sets off to a remote island — where the first Jurassic Park lab was built — to collect blood and DNA that could save lives. But when they get there, they encounter unique monsters that have lived in isolation for years.
The movie takes place five years after the events of Jurassic World: Dominion. Besides Scarlett Johansson, the cast includes Manuel Rulfo, Mahershala Ali, Jonathan Bailey, Ed Skrein, and Luna Blaise. The director is Gareth Edwards, who also directed Rogue One and the 2014 Godzilla film. Steven Spielberg, the original Jurassic Park director, is one of the producers.
Jurassic World: Dominion is set to hit theaters internationally on July 2nd. Get ready for an even more exciting dinosaur adventure!
