Paramount Pictures has officially dropped the trailer for its upcoming crime-comedy film titled “The Man Who Robbed Through Rooftops.” This intriguing movie stars Channing Tatum in a role inspired by a bizarre but true story—about a former U.S. soldier who starts robbing fast-food restaurants by breaking in through the roof!
A Wild but True Story
In the movie, Channing Tatum plays John, a struggling father and former military man who finds himself in a desperate financial situation. To make ends meet, he begins robbing fast-food chains in an unconventional way—by cutting holes through their rooftops and sneaking in to steal cash.
Eventually, John is caught and imprisoned. However, he manages to escape from prison and hides out in a toy store, where he meets a single mother and begins to build a meaningful relationship.
But just when things seem to turn around, John’s criminal past comes back to haunt him. A final heist puts everything at risk—his new life, his love, and his chance for redemption.
