In addition to medication issues, complaints also emerged from families of inpatients regarding bathroom access and facility usage.
One resident expressed frustration after allegedly being told that hospital toilets could not be used for bathing by patient attendants.
“How does this make sense? We are staying here for inpatient treatment, but we are not allowed to use the bathroom for bathing. We don’t have family or a house nearby. Are we supposed to travel five hours back to our village just to take a shower?” the resident wrote.
