BorneoTribun NTT - The Governor of East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), Viktor Bungtilu Laiskodat officially inaugurated the Deputy Regent of Ende Regency, Erikos Emanuel Rede.
The inauguration took place in the hall of the governor's office on Thursday (27/1/2022) last night.
The inauguration was carried out in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 132.53-67 of 2022, concerning the Ratification of the Appointment of the Deputy Regent of Ende, East Nusa Tenggara Province.
The implementation of the inauguration of the Deputy Regent of Ende complies with the standard inauguration procedures as stated in the Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 16 of 2016 concerning Procedures for the Inauguration of the Governor and Deputy Governor, Regent and Deputy Regent and Mayor and Deputy Mayor.
The inauguration began with the reading of the Decree of the Minister of Home Affairs by the Head of the Government Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of East Nusa Tenggara Province Alexander Doris Rihi. Followed by the proclamation of office promises guided by Governor Viktor Bungtilu Laiskodat.
However, within 24 hours of being sworn in as deputy regent of Ende, Friday (28/1/2022), a letter was issued and signed by the Director General of Regional Autonomy of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Akmal Malik regarding the withdrawal of the Minister of Home Affairs Decree.
The letter to the Governor of East Nusa Tenggara was dated Friday, January 28, 2022, with a copy to the Minister of Home Affairs and Plt. Secretary General of the Ministry of Home Affairs.u
The letter reads, taking into account the second dictum in the Decree of the Minister of Home Affairs number above, that 'this decision shall come into effect from the date of the inauguration with the stipulation that if in the future there are errors, corrections will be made accordingly.
Second, after tracing and re-examining from the formal and procedural side of the proposal document for the Ratification of the Appointment of the Deputy Regent of Ende, East Nusa Tenggara Province, it is deemed necessary to jointly consolidate the proposed documents.
In this regard, we withdraw from the Letter of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 132.53/879/OTDA dated January 25, 2022 Regarding Submission of Copies and Excerpts of the Decree of the Minister of Home Affairs and Decree of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 132.53-67 of 2022 dated January 19, 2022 concerning Ratification of the Appointment of Deputy Regent of Ende, East Nusa Tenggara Province for repairs as they should.
