Corrected: Netflix's stand-up comedy special "Chris Rock: Selective Outrage" showcases Rock's intense anger towards Will Smith
Chris Rock at the Hippodrome Theater Saturday in Baltimore.

US - During his live performance in Baltimore, Rock revealed his resentment towards Will and Jada Pinkett Smith, stating that Jada had hurt Will more than he had hurt Rock. Rock dedicated the last eight minutes of his special to express his feelings about Smith slapping him during last year's Oscars ceremony. He hurled a series of profanities and criticism, claiming that Smith had slapped him because of the backlash he had received for Jada's affair becoming public.

Rock criticized Smith for his "selective outrage" and accused him of attacking him instead of his wife, who had been unfaithful. The comedian also joked about Jada's request for him to quit hosting the Oscars in 2016 because of Will's snub for the movie Concussion. Rock admitted to messing up the joke, which he originally attributed to Will's snub for Emancipation, not Concussion.

Rock acknowledged being a huge fan of Will Smith before the incident, but after the slap, he found it difficult to watch Smith's movies, including Emancipation. Rock stated that he now watches Emancipation just to see Smith get beaten.

Smith had publicly apologized for the incident, but Rock's side of the story had not been revealed until his stand-up special. (*)
