Okay, this is wild. Not too long ago, Samsung was throwing shade at Apple’s new “Liquid Glass” design in iOS 26. Fast forward to now — Samsung just added the same kind of transparent, glassy vibe to their own Theme Park app. Plot twist? They actually gave it way more flexibility and customization than Apple ever did.

Theme Park Just Got a Major Glow-Up

Samsung dropped Theme Park update 1.1.01.23 on July 18, and it's packed with some fresh new looks. We're talking five different icon styles inside the Good Lock pack:

  • Basic

  • Glass

  • Film Grain

  • Duotone

  • Gradient

But let’s be real, the Glass style is the star here. It gives your home screen that slick, semi-transparent look — and you’re in full control. You can tweak the transparency, glow, color tone, saturation, and even how icons blend into your wallpaper. Even your notifications get the glass treatment.

Samsung’s Version Is Actually More Powerful Than Apple’s

Here’s the deal: Apple’s Liquid Glass look is cool but locked down. You get what they give you, and that’s it. Samsung, on the other hand, is letting you run wild with it. You can even apply the glass effect to third-party apps — no system update needed. Everything works right out of the box with One UI 8 on Galaxy devices.

So yeah, they may have borrowed the idea, but they seriously upgraded the whole experience.

The updated Theme Park app is already live on the Samsung Galaxy Store, so if you’re rocking a Galaxy phone, go check it out. Customize your screen, give it that modern glassy touch, and make your setup look straight-up premium.
