| Deputy Minister Ossy Dermawan Inaugurates Structural Officials, Emphasizes Dedication and Integrity. |
Jakarta – Deputy Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Deputy Head of the National Land Agency (Wamen ATR/Waka BPN), Ossy Dermawan, inaugurated 14 structural officials at the Prona Hall, Jakarta, Thursday (August 7, 2025).
The inauguration included 10 administrative officials and 4 supervisory officials at the central level, along with a simultaneous swearing-in in 20 provinces for 72 other officials.
In his remarks, Ossy stressed the importance of dedication, integrity, and a spirit of service in carrying out their duties.
“I would like to give an important message to all of you. First, work with full dedication and a spirit of service. Whatever our position and wherever we are assigned, let us intend it as worship and the best contribution to the nation and the state,” said Deputy Minister Ossy.
He also reminded that every action of an official is monitored not only by internal oversight systems but also by a critical public and, most importantly, by God Almighty.
Ossy further added that officials at the ATR/BPN Ministry must be adaptive, innovative, and resilient leaders in the face of challenges. “We must continue to sharpen our skills in navigating uncertainty, innovate, and remain steadfast in values and principles of goodness,” he emphasized.
The inauguration was also attended by the Secretary of the Directorate General of Land and Space Control (PPTR), Ariodillah Virgantara, and the Head of the Bureau of Organization, Procedures, and Risk Management, Einstein Al Makarima Mohammad, along with several senior officials from the ministry.
This inauguration of structural officials is expected to strengthen the performance of the ATR/BPN Ministry, especially in accelerating land and spatial planning services across Indonesia.
With the dedication and integrity emphasized by Deputy Minister Ossy, the newly appointed officials are expected to meet the challenges of modern bureaucracy and boost public trust in government services.
