The ceremony to commemorate the 65th Anniversary of the West Kalimantan Provincial Government in 2022 was carried out by implementing the Covid-19 health protocol. In addition, all participants and invited guests of the ceremony wear traditional clothes.
During the ceremony, the Regent of Bengkayang, Sebastianus Darwis, SE., MM read directly the remarks of the Governor of West Kalimantan Province, regarding the implementation of government, development, services, community welfare, and still complying with health protocols in preventing the spread of the Covid-19 virus in the West Kalimantan Province. and the Bengkayang Regency.
"On behalf of the Bengkayang Regency Government and all the people of Bengkayang Regency, wishing you a happy 65th anniversary of the West Kalimantan Provincial Government, hopefully the West Kalimantan Provincial Government will continue to improve the quality of service to the community towards a better West Kalimantan, tough, growing and prosperous West Kalimantan," said the Regent Stuffed.
Sebastianus Darwis also added, "We all know that in developing the region the local government cannot do it alone, but there is good cooperation, from the Provincial Government of West Kalimantan with the regional government, and the Central Government itself.
The Bengkayang Regent also said that the Bengkayang Regency Government would continue to support the West Kalimantan Provincial Government's programs towards an Advanced, Prosperous and Steady West Kalimantan.
Furthermore, after the Bengkayang Regent Ceremony, he gave the Satya Lencana Award to ASN in the Bengkayang Regency Government.
