First Meeting in 2022, Bengkayang Regent proposes 5 Raperda.

BorneoTribun Bengkayang - The Regent of Bengkayang, Sebastianus Darwis, SE., MM attended the First Meeting in 2022 with members of the Bengkayang Regency DPRD.

This meeting was held with the agenda of the introductory note (explanation) of the Bengkayang Regent to the 5 (five) RAPERDA of Bengkayang Regency which was held in the Bengkayang Regency DPRD meeting room.

The following were proposed at the meeting:
  1. Raperda of Bumi Sebalo Regional Public Company
  2. Raperda Regional Company PT.MBM (Building Bengkayang Mandiri)
  3. Raperda on the Implementation of Building Approval Services
  4. Raperda Amendment to Perda Number 6 of 2015 concerning Procedures for Election of Village Heads and
  5. Third Amendment Raperda to Regional Regulation Number 11 of 2016 concerning the Formation and Composition of Regional Apparatuses.
The inaugural meeting in 2022 was chaired by the Chairman of the Bengkayang Regency DPRD, Fransiskus, M.Pd.

Also present at the meeting were the Deputy Chair and members of the Bengkayang Regency DPRD, Forkopimda who were present the Bengkayang Police Chief, Head of the District Court, Head of the Religious Court, and Representatives from DANDIM 1202 SKW, as well as the head of the OPD and all Bengkayang District Heads.
