BorneoTribun Sekadau, Kalbar – After attending a wedding, a lover was raided by his father, who was alone in a locked room, wearing half naked.
During January 2022, Sekadau Police has handled two cases of sexual intercourse with minors. This time, the man with the initials SS (27) has been detained for legal purposes.
The man was arrested after being proven to have an illegal relationship with the victim who is his girlfriend and is still 16 years old. The act was carried out in the victim's room.
Sekadau Police Chief AKBP K. Tri Panungko through the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of Sekadau Police AKP Anuar Syarifudin explained, the perpetrator was raided by the victim's father after attending a wedding ceremony on Thursday (20/1/2022) night at the victim's house in Sekadau Hulu District.
"Initially, the victim and her parents attended the wedding reception, after which the victim was brought home by his father," said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit, Wednesday (26/1/2022).
Then the victim's father returned to the wedding reception to pick up his wife. Arriving at the house, conditions were quiet and the perpetrator's motorbike was seen in the yard.
"The perpetrator's Satria F motorbike was parked in front of the house. The father immediately called and looked for the victim from the side door and the mother from the main door but the victim was not found," said the Criminal Investigation Unit.
When he saw that the door of the victim's room was locked from the inside, the victim's father called again but there was no answer. Feeling suspicious, the victim's father broke down the door and found both of them half naked.
"In front of the head of the RT, the perpetrator admitted to having had an extramarital relationship with the victim. According to the perpetrator's statement, he had only done this once. They had only been dating for 3 months," he explained.
The Criminal Investigation Unit revealed that when carrying out the action the perpetrators persuaded and threatened the victim. However, he did not mention in detail the threat in question.
The perpetrators have been detained at the Sekadau Police Headquarters and are threatened with Article 81 Paragraph (1) and Paragraph (2) Sub-Article 82 Paragraph (1) and Paragraph (2) of Law No. 17 of 2016 concerning the stipulation of Government Regulation in Lieu of Law No. 1 of 2016 the second amendment to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection became a law.
